Introduction

Lehigh University's Department of Mathematics offers a study program leading to Ph.D. degrees in mathematics and applied mathematics. Most Ph.D. students also earn an MS degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, or statistics as part of their program. Faculty research areas include:
